Appointment Types
Virtual Consultation – Approximate time is 15 minutes.
- Complete our Virtual Consultation Form
New Patient Exam & Hygiene – Approximate time is 1.5 hours.
- A comprehensive examination will be done by our dentist.
- Our licensed dental hygienist will professionally clean your teeth. Digital X-rays and high-resolution photos will be taken to help evaluate your oral health.
- We will create a strategic plan to address your dental health needs and smile goals. If you have dental insurance, we will help you maximize your available benefits.
Emergency Dental Care – Approximate time is 1 hour.
- Our dentist will do a limited examination and digital X-rays will be taken.
- The primary goal of this visit will be to remediate your discomfort.
- Please only use this form to request Emergency Dental Care during normal business hours. If outside of normal business hours, please call our office. (740) 423-5551
- For any Emergency requiring immediate medical or law enforcement attention, dial 911.
Smile Makeover Consultation/Cosmetic Evaluation – Approximate time is 45 minutes.
- Book a consultation with Dr. Huffman to explore your options to beautify and restore your smile.

Dental Implant Consultation – Approximate time is 45 minutes.
- Book a consultation with Dr. Huffman to learn if dental implants are right for you.
- Leave us a note in the comments section with any info, questions, or concerns you may have.
Sleep Apnea Screening – Approximate time is 20 minutes.
- Get started on the path to better sleep with a sleep apnea screening.
Teeth Whitening: – Approximate time is 1 hour.
- A limited examination will be done by the dentist followed by a professional in-office whitening treatment.
Existing Patient Continuing Care– Approximate time is 1 hour.
- Our licensed dental hygienist will professionally clean your teeth. If needed, digital X-rays will be taken and our dentist will examine your teeth.
Kid’s Care – Pediatric Appointment – Approximate time is 30 minutes.
- Our primary goal is to make sure your child has an awesome experience! This appointment is personalized to your child’s needs.
SureSmile Clear Aligners Consultation – Approximate time is 30 minutes.
- We’ll do an exam then discuss the treatment options and pricing.
- The digital scan may occur on the same day or be scheduled for a later date depending on the patient and the specifics of their case.
- The scan allows us to determine a before and after of what SureSmile treatment can provide.
Botox/ Juvéderm Consultation/ Treatment– Approximate time is 40 minutes.
- Book an appointment with Dr. Huffman to explore your options to rejuvenate and refresh your appearance.
- Leave us a note in the comments section with the treatments you are interested in (i.e., Juvéderm, Botox, or Both).
Tongue & Lip Tie Consultation/ Treatment – Approximate time is 40 minutes.
- Dr. Huffman will perform an initial functional assessment to determine if the patient (infant, child, or adult) does have a tie(s) and is suitable for treatment.
- Next, we will review the treatment with the patient and/or parents.
- Treatment may occur on the same day as the assessment or be scheduled for a later date depending on the patient and the specifics of their case.
Other – Approximate Time will vary.
