Patient FAQs
Can I schedule online?
Yes! Get started here to schedule your dental appointment. Please keep our office hours in mind when scheduling. Appointment requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.
Can I complete my patient forms electronically?
Yes! If you are a new patient, we will send you the new patient forms to fill out through our secure dental software. If you are unable to complete the forms prior to your appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the medical/dental questionnaire on one of our iPads.
If you are an existing patient and need to update your record, please call our office and we will send you the forms to fill out prior to your visit.
How long will my appointment last?
It varies depending on the type of appointment. Check out our appointment descriptions and approximate times listed under the form on our Request An Appointment page.
What should I do if I require premedication?
If you require premedication, please let our office know prior to your visit. If you currently have a prescription from your physician, please take it as directed before your appointment. If you require a prescription from our office, Dr. Huffman can discuss this with you at your first visit. Please feel free to call us with any questions.
What payment options/plans are available to me?

Do you offer dental membership plans?
Yes! We offer 4 options for dental membership plans: Serenity (Youth), Serenity (Adult), Perio, and Artistry. Membership plans are a great way to enjoy quality dental care unconstrained by insurance restrictions. Learn more about our plans here.
What should I expect from a consultation appointment?
A consultation is a comprehensive two-way conversation. We’d like you to share what your previous dental experiences have been like, your concerns, and your goals for your smile. Our genuine and friendly staff want you to feel comfortable and relaxed in our judgment-free zone. After your interactive exam (you’ll get to see digital X-rays &/or 3D scans and intraoral photos of your teeth), we’ll explain our professional recommendations, all the other treatment options, and explain payment alternatives. We will support you in making the best choice for you, your family, and your smile.
Do you offer Virtual Consultations?
Yes! For patients living outside of the Mid-Ohio Valley or those with hectic schedules, our doctors hold virtual consultations via FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp.
Please be in a private and quiet environment with good lighting. After your consultation, you will be given a preliminary plan, including required records, required visits, the estimated cost of treatment, and payment options. Please complete our Virtual Consultation Form at the time you request a virtual consultation.
